Guaranteed income

With the guaranteed annuity program, the shipowner purchases the sailboat through the charter company and bareboats.

- NO MANAGEMENT FEES charged to the shipowner for all sailing yacht management program. That is sailboat insurance, mooring for yacht, boat antifouling, sailing yacht maintenance, regulatory compliance, administrative obligations, coupons etc. These are all annual fees supported by the charter company.

- The management program can last from a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 7 years.

- The use of the sailboat is reserved for the shipowner for 6 weeks in a year from March to October. During its use the oshipowner is always assisted and followed by the charter company; he pays nothing, if not the living fees (fuel, cleaning and sheets).  Alternatively, the owner can also consider the possibility of rental the boat during the weeks reserved to him in the program. The charter company will recognize 60% of the rental of the boat, excluding cleaning, linen, optionals, as skipper, hostess, out board engine, one way service.

- The charter company guarantees the shipowner an annual guaranteed annuity for all the years in which the sailboat is managed by the charter and bareboats company.

- In the event of breakdowns or breakages of sailboat during the period of use by the shipowner, the sailboat is covered by a kasko insurance and the owner pays it from his deposit, which can be cut down by paying a few tens of euros using the alternative security deposit or reinsurance. In any case, the charter company, makes a second sailboat available in case of breakdown so as not to miss days of sailing holidays to the shipowner.
