- The customer normally purchases the sailboat through the charter and bareboats company.

- And the shipowner entrusts the sailboat under exclusive management to the charter company.

- The percentage management program varies from a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 6 years. During this period the charter company rent the boat, bareboats it togethere its fleet

- And the shipowner is guaranteed an annual income. The income of him sailboat will be equal to a minimum of weeks of rental boats listed on the market price. The minimum number of weeks and the rental period - from May to August - will be decided by the shipowner in full autonomy and according to his exclusive needs for him sailing holidays.

- Every sailboat management costs are supported by the shipowner.

- The charter and rental earnings are divided 70% to the Shipowner and 30% to the charter and bareboats company

- A variant of this program provides that the charter company pays a part of the sailboat purchase. In this case, the bareboats company will retain the charter earnings till his capital is reached.
